Software Engineer

Up Care Group (UpDental, DrCare, O2 Skin)

Clinic management and customer care software for the group's clinic brands UpDental, DrCare and O2 Skin, including BCare, its dental clinic management product: booking, front desk, patient records, treatment, billing and patient-facing apps.

Backend

• Co-developed the Go backend that replaces O2 Skin's NestJS service one area at a time: booking, queue, clinic operations and mobile account APIs, with compatibility adapters so the old system kept running during the move.
• Developed Go services for the same migration: a gRPC server and NATS JetStream workers.
• Contributed to the NestJS backend during the transition, and to the Go backend of BCare since 2025.

Web

• Main contributor to the BCare frontend since September 2024: a dental clinic management application covering scheduling and doctor calendars, patient records, treatments, contracts and payments.
• Contributed features to the O2 Skin clinic management web app in 2026.

Mobile and patient-facing

• Built mobile and web flows for check-in, QR and barcode, and appointments, which moved check-in to self-service instead of one-to-one staff assistance.
• Built most of the O2 Skin Zalo Mini App in 2026.
• Added in-app surveys that collect customer feedback directly.

Customer support

• Built internal workflows for mailbox, call center and agent-assist operations, which reduced context switching for support staff.
• Implemented email integration with thread-aware replies, calling from the browser with call logging, and knowledge-based answer suggestions.
